Sales Tax

No sales tax will be charged to delivery locations outside of the state of Minnesota. However, Agapo Tape is required to collect 7% sales tax on all orders shipped to a Minnesota address.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Agapo Tape is dedicated to providing 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original packaging for a refund (not including shipping), or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Please return it with a copy of the invoice, reason for the return and information regarding if you would like a refund or exchange of the purchase item(s). Once we receive your return, we will issue you a refund or exchange of equal value.

Shipping Information

Shipping charges are determined based on the total amount of your order and are listed below. These rates apply only to orders shipped via ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Express Shipping is available upon request. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

Orders Outside Contiguous United States

International orders and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada will acquire higher charges than listed above. Please call us for exact prices for these shipments and for specific information regarding international orders.
